Tool · Sprint profiling
From 10-metre splits to the athlete's profile: how well they perform off the start and through the transition relative to their own maximal velocity, how much margin is left and where it is worth working first.
The reference values come from 1,491 races with a measured reaction time. Reaction time is subtracted: the velocities are movement velocities.
The first three are the minimum. Maximal velocity is taken from the fastest 10 m section, so the more splits you enter the more precise it is.
No trials yet. Reliability grows with the number of trials.
The numbers are yours
What you have calculated stays yours: you need not leave anything to use it. But if you want an opinion on those numbers — what they say, what they do not say, and what to work on first — leave me your email and I will reply myself, personally.

Got it. I will write to you myself, usually within a couple of days.
