Anthropometry-driven block setting

Block distances calculated from lower-limb length, compared with the ones the athlete uses now. With one condition the data impose and that is usually left out: the rule does not work on everyone, and the cormic index tells you in advance on whom.

Athlete's measurements

From the greater trochanter to the lateral malleolus, standing. This is the measurement the calculation rests on.

It is measured by sitting the athlete on a stool and reading the height up to the top of the head. Put the height of the seat here and I will subtract it. If the value above is already net, leave this field empty.

Current setting — optional

The second one is the distance between the blocks, not the distance of the rear block from the start line.

Angles in the “set” position

Optional. If you measured them from video, I compare them with values from trained sprinters.

Enter at least the lower-limb length, the stature
and the sitting height, then calculate.

The anthropometric rule is the starting point. Fine tuning happens on the force plate, with the push measured: we can do it with you.
